We Hunt the Flame is the book that literally every single Tiktok included in the "First sentences that will draw you in" trend. Don't get me wrong, the first sentence is GOOD and definitely arouses some curiosity.
However, it was so overhyped, and I was expecting a one-bed trope and an enemies-to-lovers trope because Tiktok promised this was THE enemies-to-lovers, one-bed trope fantasy book. I am a clown if they are supposed to be enemies in this book.
It's not bad by any means, but I am underwhelmed because it was so overhyped.
