Where Did My Friend Go?: Helping Children Cope With A Traumatic Death
by Azmaira H. Maker
I hate the fact that is book is needed, but in today’s society it is. It is a book for parents, caregivers, or teachers to read with a child after a traumatic death. In this book it was a shooting. The author never comes right out and says a shooting, and I like that. It is a very simple question answer type of picture book. Plus the author has included how to talk to children about these types of events and how to help them process it.
