This book was everything I wanted and more. It was worth the months and months wait to hear her voice. Michelle Obama has energy, hope, style, and grace. She makes me want to be a better person and spouse. Hearing her story, some which I knew a little about and most that I did not, put so many things into perspective. Parts made me cry. Parts me me smile. But the whole thing reminded me of how good some people can be and the good they can do for others, whether it be their spouse, kids, parents, siblings, strangers, fellow Americans, HUMANS in general, etc etc etc. There are times when we need a light in overwhelming darkness, and Michelle Obama is still that light. Gah! So good! So fierce! So passionate! I am optimistic this will go down as one of my favorite books I finished in 2019. 5 stars!
