this was such an emotional book.

Sammy and Will were childhood best friends up until Will moved away. Will finds himself back in town a few years later and things spark between the two. Sammy doesn't have the best home life and ends up breaking Will's heart because he feels as if he's unworthy of love and doesn't want to drag Will down with him. Flash forward 10 years later and the two are back in the same time and sparks fly yet again. 

I loved the first half of the book, the world building, the angst, the pain.
The second half just lacked for me a bit. I was hoping for some big thing to happen, groveling, more talking.. just more something that I didn't get.
