I liked this book. It's the first one in a new series and was interesting to see the world building, meeting the characters, both human and pets. Sometimes it seems that the mystery is taking the backseat to the world building.
The cast of characters was likeable and the mystery plot interesting keeping you guessing who the vilain was.
It's a cozy with some elements of paranormal.
I'm curious to see what will be in the next instalment.
