Chef's Kiss by TJ Alexander

Go into this knowing that it's solid contemporary relationship fiction, not a fluffy romance. It has those moments, with some laugh-out-loud moments for me, but covers a lot of more serious ground too. I really enjoyed it, although it wasn't what I was expecting.

It's written for cis-allies (and as one, I highly recommend it!) but if you're a non-binary or trans reader, I'd recommend checking out some more detailed reviews (or even better, an interview with the author!) before picking this up. Being cis-POV, it may not be the rep you're in the mood for.

And, since we're in Storygraph, I'd recommend at least skimming the content warnings.
