Just before the destruction of Earth, Arthur, aided by Ford, escape. With nowhere to go, both begin to wander around the galaxy together.

This book is a classic, and now I know why. I can't explain this book, you just have to read it for yourself.

This was a fairly quick read, thanks to the audiobook.

The two main characters are such good contrasts to each other, and I loved reading their interactions with each other.

» WRITING «
The writing is fantastic. I loved the fact that they just revealed the truth and nothing was shrouded in mystery. I loved how everything is just presented to you.

» OVERALL «
This was so close to being perfect. I tried to get into the second book, but it's just not the same.
