4.5 / 5. ~ Yesss. For those looking for a book similar to the All For The Game series but with a little less disturbed teens, this one is perfect!
It deals with sports, team camaraderie, but most importantly it deals with family pressure, mental health and understanding how depression, as well as sexual identity, can impact the life of a young person dealing with public pressure of being one of the best sports players of their age while developing feelings for "the ennemy".
Loads of emphasis on friendships, positive family dynamics, and of course... A nice romance between teammates/rivals.
Ennemies to lovers? Nope. More like Rivals WHILE lovers
