Forbidden love and age gap romances are pretty low on my favorite troupes list but this one is done in a beautiful way and I enjoyed it. I felt Halley and Reeds connection and like how the story unfolded and I enjoyed all the characters. Jennifer Hartmann knows how to write stories that take you on an emotional journey and this book is no different. While Still Beating and The Stars are on Our Side are in my favorite books I have ever read this one is worth the read.
