I don't read much mafia romance but booktok made me give this one a try!

The Good
Nina is a unique character. I instantly liked her. I loved her ability to act and really sell a persona. I also liked the depth and vulnerability her character had. I thought Roman was going to be the a run of the mill mafia leader type but I did found him to be so gentle and sweet towards Nina. I appreciated the disability representation. He wasn't magically healed by love. I love marriage of convenience/fake dating stories so this was the perfect story to get me back trying to read mafia romance. Roman and Nina got so domestic and really playful with each other and I loved it so much.
