Dean is in Canada for a work visa but finds himself needing a new place to stay for the 6 months he's there. With the help of some strangers he met at the diner, he ends up staying with Adam. 
Adam is a scarred recluse who reluctantly agrees to let Dean stay with him to help with money. 

I really thought I was going to enjoy this book but it really lacked for me and I felt no connection to any of the characters. Another thing that was missing was a connection between the two of them and some type of romance. I feel like they went from nothing to something so quick but... How?? How did they get to that? Wheres the connection? Passion? Chemistry? Romance? I felt none of that
