I am turning into an aaron warner stan … this is my final farewell to every other moody bad boy book boyfriend 🫡👋🏼

YOU GUYS!!! you told me this series gets better, but you certainly didn’t say how quickly and how much better!

my main problems with the first two novels in this series were how juliette wouldn’t stick up for herself (because she’s a ✨ trauma girlie ✨ and same I get it) AND how possessive adam was!! like toxic masculinity? savior trope? ever heard of them?

AND THIS BOOK FIXED BOTH OF THOSE PROBLEMS

addghhjk- I can’t breathe after reading the last third of this because I was so busy giggling to myself after a certain scene 😮‍💨

anyway, I loved how juliette came into her own after almost seriously dying last book and becoming someone that everyone can look up to and be inspired by!!! we love a good ol trauma makes you stronger characterization!!!!

the war scenes were few and far between, but I adored learning more about the surviving omega point humans and their powers! like I would seriously read spin off after spin off of them

and yes, the main attraction aaron warner … he just speaks for himself mkay 🥵🌶️

finally, I’m just so happy that I have this entire series on my shelf waiting for me to read because I can’t stop, and I’m so glad that the author didn’t either!!!
