A wonderful book that deals with forced immigration, change of culture, the confusion of not belonging to either, the difference in the thought process of mothers and daughters (even more if they belong to different cultures and grow up in contrasting circumstances).
We see strong mothers, daughters wanting to be stronger, miscommunication, insecurities, clash of wills, and love that binds them all together.
