I still want to keep reading but I’m not really enjoying this series as much as I want to be.

Being completely honest, I thought it was too long and the sex scenes were giving me deja vu. I swear I have read the exact same scenes 5 times before with different names. I do like the overall plot through the books with Dean and Kingmakers. But this books primary plot felt both rushed and too long but somehow also underdeveloped.

I did really connect to the characters. I had to check reviews to get a spoiler at one point because I was scared to keep reading.
