This is not a story that I would recommend to anyone venturing into BL or the “omegaverse” for the first time. Please try something a little lighter before tackling this book. There are multiple non-consensual encounters scattered throughout, and an ever-present theme of exploitation spanning the entirety of the story. Do not pick up this book if you have a sensitivity to these topics. The only saving grace of this book is the wonderful art style. Specifically, the facial expressions of the characters are drawn quite well. I do plan to read the second volume upon its release, but only to satisfy the cliffhanger present at the end of this one.
