I have little to no idea as to what happened in this book and I still gave it 5 stars. It's whimsical, mind-melting, and a huge lore drop for The Locked Tomb series as a whole. My favorite characters were Nona, Hot Sauce, and Noodle (to absolutely no one's surprise). Nona is an intergalactic cinnamon roll who I just want to swathe in novelty t-shirts. I feel like I need to make a conspiracy board and do a full series reread with annotations in order to accurately understand what has gone down since Gideon the Ninth and honestly? I'd probably be game. Alecto is going to be AMAZING when it comes out, though no one is surprised.

Ultimately it's a little bit of a filler book, but there's SO much here to work through. (Plus some super fun coded messages hiding throughout)
