CW: pretty much everything you might need a warning for is discussed in this book

I really did not care for this book. I had seen a lot of good reviews and decided to opt for the audiobook because I didn't really have the time to commit to reading the physical book. I loved the concept of this book, but the execution fell short for me. A lot of the stories were too similar and caused the book to drag.
