I have been on a severe Ruby Dixon kick and I needed a good audiobook I could zone out too, so I started this series. However this wasn’t my fave, by far. I’m definitely intrigued by the world-building (this takes place in the same universe as IPB/Risdaverse/etc? Am I right about that?) and I liked Claudia starting out, even if she was doing her best Anna in Frozen 2 impression with her obsession over her sister. And I was fully here for her initial anger over Kael mating himself to her without her knowledge. But then she just… changed her mind? She does this bizarre 180 completely out of nowhere. And then later decides that oh, she does still have a problem with it.
