Switch Hitter
by Sara Ney
3.5 stars

This was originally in the Team Player anthology
This was my first Sara Ney read, so I am not sure if these characters have turned up anywhere in the past?
I like a story with sports people in them. And baseball has so many bat and ball jokes I can make (but I won't - this time!!)
I liked Dash/Dante right from the start. I liked that he wasn't the usual man whore player that we often get in our sports books.
Then there is twins, Amelia and Lucy.
Ugh. Lucy is a self centred brat that I didn't like at all. I just wanted to kick her from one side of the room to the other, just to get her away (yeah, she kinda brought out the violent tendancies in me!)
And Amelia is such a door mat to Lucy. I wanted to yell at her to stand up to her sister, stand up for herself, get things out in the open right away.
I did like, however, that Lucy's selfishness did bring Dante and Amelia together in a way.
I spent most of the book completely frustrated at Amelia too. I wanted her to grow a pair! I shouldn't spend most of my time reading in such a mood lol
It was a short and sweet quick read.
