Unlike anything I’ve ever read! Composed entirely of “primary source” documents entered into a court case: emails, voicemails, posters, announcements. The tail end of the book comprises two amateur lawyers trying to decode everything they’ve read and decide upon suspects, motives, and payoffs. This book keeps you guessing until the very last page, and is indeed “wholly original.” I just think I don’t like murder mysteries/crime dramas/whodunnits, hence the low-ish rating.
