Hill Gamble and Kody Lawton. They've had rough pasts. They have both wanted each other but when Kody chooses his brother Aaron, Hill leaves for a job with the Texas Rangers.

This is the second (full) book in the Loveless, TX series. I really like Kody. She runs a bar and is a no nonsense kind of girl. Hill is just the sweetest. I really liked that they didn't take too long to actually declare their feelings for each other (within this book at least!) I love getting glimpses of people from the first book and can't wait for book 3.
