Marcellus
by Skye R. Richmond
Well well..
Oldest brother & baby brother...
I did not see that coming at all!
Marcellus is the last Whitfell brother to find his "fated mate" but alas he finds him when he finally meets Wes except he isn't expecting the surprise that comes from his mate.
Wes has stayed distant from his brothers out of fear that they will find out what he is. He can't take that risk that they'd find out and reject him.
A wolf shifter who is bound to find his mate and bring him home and a tiger shifter who fights to keep who he is hidden out of fear of rejection from his family.
Wes & Marcellus are the lovey couple of the series to me. We get a lot of fluff and cutesy moments between the two of them throughout. The longing to belong comes through so well in this book. Wes just wants to be accepted but when he is by Marcellus, it was hard to grasp what he put him through just to stay happy.
I was so happy that in the end, going home was the end result because family is everything. When you live without it for so long that is all you want in the end.
I adored this series from beginning to end, these brothers and their mates have definitely found each of their happily ever after's in one way or another.
Quick Reads but worth it.
