3.5 stars. First, I reread the Alpha and Omega short story that starts this series. I had forgotten the plot of this one. Having read the most recent addition to this series a few months ago it surprised me to remember how similar the two are. This is about them starting a relationship. In the middle of a rogue attack. There's a lot of adjusting to a new life, personalities and personal histories. I will always love Asil. Always. The bad guy confrontation the outcome of that was bland. Nothing spectacular on the paranormal end of things. What makes this book interesting is watching everyone figure out their place in the various webs of relationships.
