A touching and heartbreaking listen. As a longtime Friends fan, especially of Chandler, I knew I wanted to listen to his book. Also knowing, I had to read it at the right time. It gave a raw, honest look into Matthew Perry’s struggles with addiction and how an addict’s mind works. It was hard to read at times, so many relapses, but also eye-opening. It’s even more heartbreaking knowing he was trying to get better and still passed away.
