Prez, Vol. 1: Corndog-in-Chief by Mark Russell, Domo Stanton, Ben Caldwell
3.0

I had a lot of fun reading this. However, the 2nd half wasn't as fun or interesting as the first half. So let's get to it.

What I liked: I really enjoyed the art. It was cartoony look and feel but the actions and fights (kind of fights) looked great. I also enjoyed the dialog for 90% of this. It's sharp, witty, and goes after all the insane things people talk about, think about, but to afraid to discuss without yelling and accusing someone as stupid or racist. I enjoyed that portion a lot. The first half really focuses on that and how greedy and fucked up most corperations are.

What I didn't like: When she became president it kind of feels a little meh. Little too safe. I wasn't as invested with the storyline here. I also really didn't care about war robot. I think the thing that happened is it would have worked better if the story continued but it got cut short...so in the end felt...empty? Or only half full. It was lacking.

Either way though I enjoyed my entire time with it. Just less so as it went on. I still recommend reading it. Check out flintstones by the same writer aswell. I enjoyed that even more!
