It is foremost a textbook with a lot of technical terms and stats. Some of it was interesting, especially the chapter on boredom and adhedonia. Don’t expect insight into how to live with Schizoaffective Disorder or a firsthand account of life with the diagnosis. I got my copy from the library but I wouldn’t ever spend money on it. A lot of the case examples are from China.
