Very happy that I listened to this on audiobook so I could hear the proper pronunciations for the Nigerian language the author included. I understand why this was in short story form, but I do wish that it was a full-length work because I was very interested in the author's family background and what her experience was like coming to America for school. Looks like I will need to check out her other works.
