I have read every single book in this series. As each one comes out, I hate to say that I like them less and less. When this series first started, I loved the fantasy of it, and the solving of a mystery. As relationships have evolved, the emphasis seems to be simply on relationships and the constant talking through problems. I completely understand that poly relationships are complicated and require a lot of communication, but nearly all of the book seems to be a constant back and forth working out some problem between lovers. I long for the days when we were raising zombies and fighting an enemy, etc. I feel like I am slogging on through the series, simply because I committed to it. I hope that there is a return to the roots at some point, because this constant beating a dead horse about a relationship problem is tiresome.
