I picked this up after doing a try a chapter tag. The prologue made me intrigued.
As I read this I swayed between caring and not. I spent most of the book wondering how the two cases were connected. I did figure that part out. I think it was obvious, so I don't know why it took me so long. I guess I wondered if the twist would change that.
I didn't figure the actual killer and the reveal left me underwhelmed. After being so intrigued going into this I expect more.
Overall it was a decent read. Just the reveal let me down.
