You Don't Own Me
by Mary Higgins Clark, Alafair Burke
I listened to *You Don’t Own Me* on the Libby app and really enjoyed it. The narration was good and made it easy to stay engaged with the story. I especially liked that the book featured multiple POVs and was fast-paced. Nothing felt unnecessarily dragged out to fill pages, which kept the momentum strong throughout.
That said, I felt the characters could have been a bit more fleshed out. However, this was my first read from the series, so it’s possible I missed some depth that might be clearer in earlier books. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves a quick, suspenseful mystery!
