I didn't like it at first. The "getting exposed while one of the partners is famous" trope isn't really my cup of tea, since it's always the same. I'm also so sick of people who make unnecessary drama out of literally everything, especially for same gender couples, so reading that is just so tiring. As well as the "trying to get the mom/dad to accept their child" trope...
It did get better as I kept reading and I did love how both of the women in the relationship were sure to fight about their relationship. Communication was always there, even when there was a love rival (as always, so tired of these tropes), so that was nice. Reading about healthy couples is refreshing and made me keep going.
I didn't like the two hetero story arcs in the middle of nowhere much, but they were okay. Well, one of the stories actually did help the main couple, so that was good. The other hetero story, that came rather at the very end, was a bit random and feels unresolved. Not sure what the author was trying to do with that... seemed like they wanted to show the antagonist's backstory but then didn't know how to unravel that... it was a bit rushed in the end.
I did like it overall though. Not sure I'll re-read it, but it was averagely good.
