I received this book from the author for review. I read this book in one sitting and it was an experience I won't soon forget. This is my second book I've read by this author. The first one I read was Breaking Belle(which I had to get because I'm a sucker for anything Beauty and The Beast). I liked that tale a lot, so I thought I would try this one out since she was providing arcs for free. I really enjoyed myself whilst reading this book as well, but there was a particular scene that dropped it down a notch or two on the likeability scale for me. I couldn't tell if what was happening was really consensual involving Bebe and two men hired(?) by Miles. That scene was way to blurry in terms of the consent and enjoyment of Bebe for my liking and so I was rather put off by it. I did adore Bebe and Miles relationship separate from that confusing scene(fiasco). I found their story was overall scintillating, darkly romantic, and beautifully redemptive.
