A Short History of Nearly Everything
by Bill Bryson
*DNF*
People with abondened knowledge of science would love this book but a person like me who doesn't know about a lot of stuff would find it difficult to keep up. It's a history book; it's only going to tell you how certain things were discovered not what that thing actually is. The writing is extremely tedious and boring. First chapter was interesting, loved the wit of the author in it, but rest of the chapters were dry as hell.
