my second time reading this one & I forgot how much I absolutely adored daisy!!! 🥹🥹 the first time, I listened on audio (top tier audiobook omg!!!) and this time, I decided to open and tab my physical copy!

daisy is an underrated TJR girlie - even though I do love evelyn and carrie a bit more sorry daisy lovers - because she comes off as hotheaded and overly ambitious BUT she’s much more than that!

I mean, a woman who knows what she wants and actually has the strength to after it with all of her ambition?? IN THE 70s??? pls she’s a superior character just from that alone

each character of the six rock n’ roll band is so unique and so fleshed out that I felt like I was a part of the band myself! I have such a soft spot for karen (the only woman in a rock band? a true icon) and go back and forth on throwing billy and graham both over a cliff at their inability to talk to one another 😐

and normally I’m not a fan of interview style writing as it’s usually choppy and impersonal but it worked so well I’m convinced that this has to be a real band pls

my whole love for daisy jones is renewed!!! this is a must read before the tv series comes out!!
