Monika Kim is my new favorite author. I need her to write a new book immediately. This book is exactly my cup of tea. It starts out as a family drama, becomes a psychological thriller, and then ends up a true horror novel. To top it off, the character development is fantastic and the pacing is quick and makes things easy to read. I didn't want it to end. I devoured it in just a single sitting.

This is the story of a young woman who goes through some traumatic events and her eventually spiral into insanity. It makes you question yourself and your own sanity in a way that I compare to King.

This is one of the best things I have read all year and I will scream it from the rooftops if you'll let me.
