I adored this book! 

I really enjoy middle grade books and I absolutely love a middle grade book that has folklore and folktales included in it. 

I really enjoyed the main characters development and struggle, as well as her realistic reactions and portrayal. I will definitely be looking for more book by Lisa Stringfellow!
