The things that I loved from the last book definitely carried over to this one, but I did have a little bit of an issue which was that the whole scary mafia thing just didn't seem like much of a threat. Also every issue seemed to be resolved incredibly easily, no thanks to any of our main characters. It was still incredibly enjoyable, do not get me wrong, but I think it did lose a lot of complexity. 

I mentioned this in another review, but I am a bit hesitant when the series switches povs while still on the main storyline. I don't know if it's going to stop me from continuing the series (because I am invested!) but I just tore through these first two and definitely am ready for a break!
