Summary

Nikki's is one of the guitarist for the band "Oblivion". He and the other members of the band have been together since they were kids. He is used to the attention, the women and the life of partying night after night, and loves every moment of it. Trixie loves to enjoy a good party, she runs a club, and is very successful at it. She lives her life with a certain code "Work Hard, Play Hard". She knows how to have a good time, and Nikki is just the man to give her that good time. But what starts out as slow flirtation and hot sex, turns into something even more. Trixie doesn't trust men, and refuses to let herself have a relationship. but Nikki, isn't one to curl his tail and turn the other way, when he wants something he goes after it. They start to develop a bond that goes deeper than just mind-blowing sex, and neither of them have any idea where their relationship is going to lead, but love is just around the corner if they let it happen.

The Hero

Nikki, is one sexy beat of a band player. My oh my....would I ever have mind-blowing sex with that man. With his motorcycle, talented hands, and he knows how to give a gal a swell time. Even though Nikki is on the surface, a player, loves his women and drinking, he also has had some tough challenges in his life. He has had to battle drugs, and misses his family. But his music is more important than anything. Nikki is driven and devoted to his band and the music they play, and the friendship that has never faltered. He is energetic and definitely can get creative. A charmer of the first order, but one that is irresistible.

The Heroine

Trixie refuses to enter into a relationship, until things really heat up between herself and Nikki. Trixie when she was younger, got burned, and ever since then refuses to look back. She knows that she needs to be able trust herself, and when she starts sleeping with Nikki, she knows that she is in danger. Trixie was flirty and fun, she isn't afraid to jump into bed with a sexy man, and has attitude. She doesn't hide her intentions, and she doesn't play games. She is true to her character. She had a refreshing quality that brings to the story a light view.

Plot and Story Line

This plot is quite fun, and I have really started to get into rock band romances, and this story was quite a adventure. I loved the voice of Tania Sparks, and this story just made it up my list of rock band romances. Someday I would love a chance to read the first book, but I felt like as your reading this, you don't necessarily have to. All you need is a comfortable place to sit, and some peace and quiet to fully get into this story. IN the beginning of this romance, their romance is all about fun, partying and lots of sex. They definitely know how to heat it up in the bedroom. No problems there...what you see that they need to work on is the emotional portion of their relationship. Both of them aren't looking for anything serious, and sometimes you get what you don't want, but what you need. It definitely has aspects of the story that are engaging, energetic and sweet. It could be a bit predictable a couple of times, but honestly it was one hell of romance that I fell head heels in love with.

Cover

This cover is so gorgeous, and I love the bold colors...it goes with the characters in the story. Those abs...hot mama....yummy.
