The Last Contract
by Ed Brisson
A solid crime hitman story.
It stars a old man who's basically losing his mind. Barely can he even remember people's names let alone do much else. But when two people come to kill him he takes them out with ease and begins to learn of why he's being hunted. With everyone hunting everyone, and the Hitman now protecting a young man, will he be able to come out alive in this world?
Overall, this was pretty good. Fasted paced, vicious, and plenty of death to go around. The art is muddy but moody, which is nice. I thought the pacing was very fast which kept it interesting but I also didn't get connected to anyone (except that cute old dog!) But overall a solid crime drama. Check it out!
