Enola Holmes 4: The Case of the Peculiar Pink Fan
by Nancy Springer
In a recurring theme for this series, the characters in The Case of the Peculiar Pink Fan are by far its biggest strength. The case itself and the way it is investigated, while fun, don't feel particularly credible - but I don't really mind, because I enjoyed the book so much. It is impossible not to care about Enola, and I love her complicated relationships with her brothers, especially Sherlock.
