I liked the idea of this book and some of the parts which is why I'm giving a tentative 2.75/5 stars. The biggest negative for this book is that it didn't feel natural. The way the characters (primarily the MMC and FMC) talked seemed forced, unnatural, and consistently left me thinking that people do not talk like that. This made it very hard for me to read and took me quite awhile to finish. Hoping the next book is better.
