Lovesong
by TJ Klune
"Because grief is fire. It burns until all that remains are charred bones of a life that used to be."
I am in complete awe at TJ Klune's raw depiction of grief. Those deep-seated emotions never truly subside and I appreciate his honesty in sharing a little bit of Elizabeth's story in this way. His ability to rip my soul apart bit by bit, and then put it back together again is a gift.
The love I have for Elizabeth and Thomas knows no bounds. I am scared for my mental well being as I continue on with this series, but the fact that I would gladly lay my life down for anyone in the Bennett pack says it all.
