It was interesting to learn about corporate structures/hr aspect and the author's story, But I can't imagine the book to be used as a guide. It targets a careerist that is "progressive" and believes in dei work/corporate gestures if that makes sense. Like wow black rock/Lockheed Martin/northrop Grumman and the CIA have inclusive lgbt policies y'all definitely should work for them
