3.5. Both Diana and Matthew were so frustrating in this, Diana more so. Even though it felt as though it moved slowly and dragged along for an unnecessary amount of time, I enjoyed Matthew and Diana’s trip to the past, the curiosities, jealousies and friendships that occurred as they interacted with Matthews previous life and his previous friends. They were all very interesting I just don’t think the pacing needed to be so slow and I didn’t really need the in-depth descriptions of daily life and fashions, but I’m chalking that up to Diana being a historian.
