I'm super picky with contemporary books. I can read them quickly but most of the time I'll be rolling my eyes. But this one was so much fun! I liked the banter and bickering at the beginning between Aubany and Ryan. Also, Aubany is like the coolest name ever!

Yes, there were awesome swoony moments! Ryan had some super cute moments, especially the singing stuff! There was even some mystery sprinkled in which made the book a real page turner. I also loved the setting—the island was perfect. Don't worry this wasn't a Blue Lagoon type thing—there were other people on the island. 

Loved the writing, loved the romance, loved this book! This is the perfect summer read since that time of the year is already here!
