Thank you @stmartinspress for a copy of this book. Ingrid, an Asian American working at a law firm and is vying to become a partner. Her job consumes her and she is being asked to take on more. As one of the few successful minority in the firm, she faces sexism and racial prejudice. This book was so well told and felt so realistic in a cutthroat firm. 

The story made me cheer on Ingrid and wanting her to succeed despite all that is going against her.
