I did like this one, but I have to admit that I had a really hard time with how Penny described Cri (spelling? I listened to it on audio). Anyway, at the beginning of the book, when she was described as overweight, she was also described as grotesque. And yeah, that ties into the plot or whatever, but I honestly thought this series would be better than fat-shaming, especially of a child. I almost stopped listening. I got past it, and I'm glad I did, but that left an awful taste in my mouth.
