This was a great read, so many new things are introduced with the phantom-vampires and the Morior. Josephine is a fantastic heroine, such a badass but so lonely and open about her desire for connection. I love that she stands up for herself and won’t settle for less. Rune is also an interesting character—it takes him so long to figure things out, but he was treated badly for so long he could only see himself a certain way and having a certain value. I’m so curious about what comes next for Nix, Orion, Vertas and the Morior!!
