The first half of this book seriously dragged. I found Grace to be pretty insufferable and the way Frazier was obsessed with her or thought she was somehow perfect just because she was pretty and polished seemed weird. Like he had put her on some pedestal from afar. I probably would have loved the plot line more if I didn’t get so annoyed with the main characters. There were also some bits that read kind of homophobic. Which I guess is on par for the times.
