This book was so beautiful. It showed a lot of honest problems that can occur, but the relationship problems aren't really what spoke to me. The way that they show internalized homophobia and how it can impact someone. Unfortunately, the last quarter of the book was quite rushed. I would have loved to see that part of their story in the same detail as the beginning of the book. If that pacing had been more even, it would have gotten five stars.
